Q: Is this exchange really free?
A: Yep. Absolutely, truly free. When you join you will not be asked for your credit card number or any payment information whatsoever.

Q:So what's the catch?
A: To cover the costs we add in some banners of our own, promoting other sites. Some may be sites we operate, others may be paid banners from others.

Q: What are the sizes of banners I can use?
A: We offer standard 468x60 size only, just like you see below (a real, working exchange ad).

     

Q: What file types of banners can I use?
A: We support .jpg, .gif, and .png files only.

Q: How long does it take to set up my account.
A: As long as it takes you to fill in four boxes on our sign-up form. Then you just need to wait for us to activate which can be anywhere from 4 hours to 2 working days. Usually it's in the range of about 4-6 daytime* hours.

Q: I updated my account and now it stopped working. What's wrong?
A: To prevent inappropriate content your account is automatically put on hold for review again to ensure no member can change their banners or links to a site that is not allowed in this exchange.

Q: I want to make a slight alteration to the code provided to better suit my site. Is that okay?
A: We do not permit any alterations to the code provided. It must be used as given or you site is subject to being banned.

Q: I don't have a web site. How can I join the exchange?
A: Only people with web sites can be exchange members. You must have a web site to place the code we provide.

Q: How can I earn lots of credits to get my banner shown lots on other sites?
A: The better you place our code on your site for increased viewership, the more credits you will earn. Place our code on multiple pages in your site and you'll get even more credits. Just remember to never place the code more than ONCE on a single page.

Q: I don't have a banner to use. What can I do?
A: We've got a list of sites where you can make your own banner in minutes HERE.

Q: What kind of information is in the code I'm supposed to place on my site?
A: It is strictly feeding your site the banners and keeping track of how many banners are displayed. There is no malware, no viruses, etc. We believe in treating you the same way we want to be treated.
